You drive down the dirt driveway, elder trees shading the paddocks
on either side where three small ponies graze on the lush grass. A smile plays across your lips as you pull up and stare at
the quaint cottage before you, with extensive gardens and a small orchard out the back. Glancing at a piece of paper, you
look up and read the number of the letterbox, '54 Maple Street.' Climbing onto the front porch, there is a small
moment of hesitation before you knock, as you wonder if your friend will answer. Then a familiar figure fills the doorway
and beckons you into the small house, "Hi. So glad that you could make it, come right in."

Katrina's house is situated on five acres of presitge land with stunning
views and treed bushland. A small creek meanders through the property and provides a constant supply of water to Katrina's
three miniature ponies, who are kept here in the stables. There is an orchard where Katrina grows some of her own fruit, and
the chickens scratch among the flower beds as they search for feed. The house itself has been completely refurbished and no
expense has been spared to create that 'period' feel. The stables are what used to be the original kitchen of the house, and
the redbrick and cobblestones provides a lovely contrast against the well-kept rose garden. The inside of the house is deceptively
spacious with:
-Master bedroom with ensuite
-Lounge/dining area
-Kitchen
-Second bathroom
-Laundry
-Study and Library area
Katrina often spends a night reading a book out on the porch as she looks
out across Country Hill Estate.
